Drive computer

The Navara ST-X Dual Cab features a five-function drive computer with distance to empty, average speed, average fuel consumption, journey time and trip meter.

Ride in comfort

Inside the ST-X Dual Cab, you will find a quality interior with space and creature comforts.  From an ergonomically designed driver's seat featuring height adjustment and lumbar support to Bluetooth® handsfree phone system. Both the ST and ST-X Dual Cab models have a leather trimmed steering wheel and gear shifter (ST-X Dual Cab model shown).

Split-fold & flip-up seats

The Navara ST-X features a very versatile interior that has rear seats that split-fold and flip-up.  So no matter what your load or what you need to carry, the Navara will carry it in style and comfort (ST-X Dual Cab model shown). 

Driver's seat

The Navara ST and ST-X Dual Cab models feature a driver's seat with height adjust, whilst the ST-X Dual Cab also features lumbar support (ST-X Dual Cab shown). 

Bluetooth®

The latest generation Navara models feature a Bluetooth® handsfree phone system.  ST and ST-X Dual Cab models have the added convenience of steering wheel controls for compatible  Bluetooth® enabled phone devices (ST-X Dual Cab model shown).

Audio

All RX models feature a high quality audio unit with AM/FM radio, CD player, an auxilary MP3 player input jack and Bluetooth® handsfree phone system.  ST and ST-X models add a six speaker 6 stack in-dash CD player, whilst the ST-X Dual Cab models also feature a speed sensing volume control for the best possible music enjoyment on the open road (ST-X Dual Cab model shown).

Climate Control

The Navara ST-X ensures your mates and family are as comfortable as you with dual zone climate control air-conditioning with vents at the front and rear. 

Storage

To maximise space, the Navara ST-X Dual Cab's 60/40 rear bench seat can fold up and out of the way. On the versatile King Cab models, the rear seats fold up and out of the way to make room for tools and equipment. There's also storage room in the large lockable double glovebox, centre console (excluding Single Cab), and centre dashboard storage tray. Remote keyless entry

You’ll appreciate the added convenience of features such as a remote central locking system, which is standard on the ST and ST-X models (ST-X Dual Cab model shown).

Power windows and mirrors

Nissan ST and ST-X models also feature power door mirrors with the ST-X Dual Cab models also featuring the added convenience of integrated indicator lights and a power-folding function for when you are in a tight spot (ST-X Dual Cab model shown).

Cruise Control

Power outlets

Choice of transmission

The Nissan Navara features a standard six-speed manual transmission, which features a 'long' overdrive to top gear for better fuel economy and less noise.  For hassle-free driving there's also the option of a five-speed automatic (not available on RX Single Cab or RX 4x2 Dual Cab models), whilst the ST-X Dual Cab models have the option of a five-speed automatic with M-mode to give you the best of both worlds on demand (ST-X Dual Cab turbo-diesel shown).

Look the part

The Navara looks every bit as powerful and tough as it is - with a sculpted steel body, formed fender flares, a bold grille and distinctive angular lines. The RX Single Cab features a tough and functional black grille and front bumper design whilst all other models feature a stylish chrome grille and body coloured front bumpers. The ST Dual Cab and ST-X King Cab and Dual Cab models also feature a sporty rear sports bar and side steps. (ST-X Dual Cab model shown).

Front end

All models come standard with stylish and sporty 16" alloy wheels, whilst the ST-X Dual Cab models feature sporty six spoke 17" alloy wheels (steel spare) (ST-X King Cab model shown).

Utili-Track System

The Navara ST Dual Cab and ST-X Dual Cab models both feature an ingenious system - the Utili-Track System.   The ST Dual Cab features a two-channel, whilst the ST-X Dual Cab features a five-channel system that quickly, safely and securely holds your load.  Simply move the cleats along the channels to wherever you need a tie-down point.  Lock them into place and you're able to carry just about any kind of load without it moving or tipping over.  Now that's smart!  (ST-X Dual Cab model shown).

Turbo-diesel engines

No matter what the job there is a Nissan Navara to suit your needs and budget.  The Navara ST-X Dual Cab turbo-diesel not only offers a massive 450Nm of torque and class leading 140kW of power, but improved fuel economy and lower emissions.  The latest model has improvements of 13% in economy without compromising the performance and towing capability (ST-X Dual Cab turbo-diesel).  The figures are impressive - just 8.5 litres/100km* for the manual and 9 litres/100km* for the automatic.

There are also two other turbo diesel engines in the Navara range providing the excellent fuel economy and low-down torque that diesel engines are known for. The 126kW turbo-diesel and the 106kW turbo-diesel are both very hard workers offering outstanding value for money.

4.0 litre V6 petrol engine

More powerful than any before, this sophisticated, 4.0 litre, 24-valve, DOHC V6 has lightweight components and friction-reducing micro-finishing. Available on the Dual Cab 4x4 ST-X, it scored Best Petrol Ute in the Overlander Magazine 4WD Awards in 2006, 2007 and again in 2008.

DOHC

A double overhead cam is characterised by two camshafts located within the cylinder head, one operating the inlet valves and one operating the exhaust valves.

Choice of transmission

Enjoy a smooth ride

The Navara has a highly effective suspension system, which provides a level of ride comfort more expected of a wagon than a workhorse.  You’ll also find the Navara impressively agile, quickly and accurately responding to your commands.  On or off-road you’ll find the Navara feels like it knows exactly what it’s doing.

Four wheel drive system

The Navara 4x4's switch-operated 4WD system lets you select from 2WD, to 4WD high or 4WD low at the flick of a switch (ST-X Dual Cab model shown).

Anti-lock Braking System

The Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with Brake Assist (BA) helps you retain directional control whilst braking. It optimises braking performance by sensing wheel lock and sending a signal to the braking system to release the locked wheel. As the wheel unlocks, it can be steered. The system individually applies and releases the brakes to help provide optimum stopping and control under extreme braking situations. ABS is not available on the RX Single Cab model.

Brake Assist

In emergency braking situations, Brake Assist (BA) generates extra pressure on the braking system.  Brake Assist and ABS work together to give optimum control by preventing wheel lockage when braking.

Vehicle Dynamic Control

The Nissan Navara ST-X Dual Cab diesel also offers the added protection of Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC)with Active Brake Limited Slip Differential (ABLS). VDC, also known as Electronic Stability Control, compares the intention of the driver with the current behaviour of the vehicle and selectively brakes individual wheels and controls engine power to keep the car on its intended path and prevent roll-over. Whether you’re working hard or playing hard, you’ll be doing it in ST-X Dual Cab 4x4 interior. comfort and safety

Crumple zones

The front of the Navara features a crumple zone, which helps absorb impacts.  The energy-absorbing interior steering column compresses during frontal impacts to improve occupant safety significantly.  The rear, inbuilt crumple zone furthermore helps absorb impact and reduce the risk of injury.

Dual front airbags

Dual front SRS airbags are standard across the Navara model range, reducing the risk of facial and upper body injuries to the driver and passenger in the event of a frontal collision.  The airbags are designed to remain inflated long enough to help provide enhanced protection. 

Dual side airbags

Side airbags are deployed in the event of side impact to protect the driver and front passenger. 

Dual curtain airbags

Further to the front and side airbags offered in the Navara ST-X Dual Cab models are  front to rear curtain airbgas, for extra safety.

Halogen headlights

The Navara models feature powerful halogen headlamps give you high power and wide illumination, meaning excellent visibility at night or in harsh conditions.

Seatbelt pretensioners

The front seatbelts include a pretensioner and load limiter.  The pretensioner uses sensors to determine the severity of a potential crash and instantly tightens accordingly.  Should additional force be exerted on the seatbelt, the load limiter ensures appropriate give so as to reduce any damaging pressure on the torso of front seat occupants.

Child safety

The Navara really can get your family from A to B. Three child seat anchorage points on ST-X Dual Cab models add greater seating flexibility, depending on your particular needs. The RX, ST and ST-X Dual Cab models feature child safety rear door locks, preventing children from accidentally opening the rear doors.
