23 March, 2018
Melbourne, Australia (23 March, 2018) - A Perth family of five has won a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder as part of a Nissan Australia social media competition.
Open to Western Australian residents, the competition required entrants to explain in 35 words or less, what their favourite feature of the Nissan Pathfinder is and why.
With hundreds of entries, it was Jason Stoute, from the inner city suburb of Bayswater, whose poetic response impressed the judges.
He wrote: “With three boys, we need comfort times seven. Add a few mates, sports equipment, that extra space is heaven! Also great for furniture shopping and weekends away. Perfectly designed for our family adventures and play!
”Standing out above the rest, the Stoute family won a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder ST petrol 2WD, including 12 months of registration and compulsory third party insurance, and all other on road and dealer costs.
Collecting his prized vehicle from Morley City Nissan – his local dealership - Jason was excited to win a Pathfinder.
“I was in shock when I was told I’d won, it’s obviously something out of the blue, to win a Pathfinder is amazing, I couldn’t quite believe it, still can’t,” said Jason Stoute.
“We do a lot of camping so having the space with three young boys is great for us.
“We are planning on a lot of camping this year, and will try to head away when we can. I can also use it for work, it is our perfect vehicle.”
Nissan Australia was delighted to present the keys to the Stoute family.
“Congratulations to Jason and his family on winning a new Nissan Pathfinder,” said Vicki Murphy, Nissan Australia’s western regional manager.
