CYBER INCIDENT RESPONSE


Nissan in Oceania experienced a cyber incident on 5 December 2023 that affected the personal information of some of our customers, staff and other stakeholders. We have now completed the majority of notifications to individuals who were affected.

Our finance customers have the ability to self-service information on the accounts they hold with us. The Customer Portal gives our customers the ability to maintain and view information such as:

  • Payout quote
  • Loan statements
  • Balance enquiry
  • Update contact details
  • Make a one-off payment to your account
